Vis tilbehørThe iStorage diskAshur PRO² SSD 16TB provides certified, hardware-based encryption and simple PIN-authenticated access so you can protect large datasets without complex software. It combines government and NATO approvals, a tamper-resistant design, and high transfer rates to reduce data risk, simplify secure transport, and speed up backups and media workflows.
The diskAshur PRO² uses a dedicated hardware microprocessor and AES-XTS 256-bit encryption to protect data at rest. Certifications including NCSC CPA and FIPS 140-2 Level 2 provide independent validation of the encryption and physical protection mechanisms. The unit enforces PIN-secured access via its integrated keypad and responds to automated tamper attempts with lock-out and deadlock states, making offline attacks ineffective.
With 16TB of usable storage and sustained transfer rates close to 361 MB/s read and 358 MB/s write, this SSD handles large file sets and high-volume backups without slowing workflows. The aluminium housing and 180 g weight make it easy to carry between offices or to field locations, while features such as USB Power Delivery support reliable use on a wide range of host devices.
The drive is software-free and platform-independent, so it works with Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, Chrome and embedded systems that provide a USB port. PIN setup and operation are handled on the device via the tactile keypad, so you do not need drivers or management software.
