Policy for product reviews

Purpose:

The purpose of product reviews is to give Dustin’s customer the opportunity to share product related experience and opinion. This helps other customers to make informed purchase decisions and supports Dustin to improve its product range.

Who can write a review:

Solely identified customers who purchased the product from Dustin are allowed to write reviews, ensuring authenticity, and the review being based on real user experience. Dustin values transparency and strives to display all authentic, objective, and relevant reviews. Reviews may be provided by Dustin employees, but only in cases where the employee as a consumer has purchased the product from Dustin on their own initiative and provided the review by own choice, without encouragement or compensation.

How:

You may choose to use an alias, your first name, or remain anonymous when providing a review. The personal data processed for this purpose is detailed in Dustin’s privacy policy.

Relevance:

Reviews shall focus on your experience and opinion of the product. Describe your experience of the product, its quality, and whether the product lives up to your expectations. You may not use swear words or other foul language while writing your review. Do not include any personal information in your review, such as email addresses, order numbers, phone numbers or credit card numbers. You are responsible to ensure that the text in the review is created by you, i.e. does not infringe anyone else’s intellectual property rights.

Dustin collaborates with TestFreaks, who provide parts of the technical platform for reviews. TestFreaks’ independent moderators assess the relevance of reviews and ensures compliance with TestFreaks Guidelines prior to publication. TestFreaks Guidelines can be read by clicking here, which you consent to when writing your review. Your review may be used in Dustin's marketing, e.g. in keyword ads. You grant Dustin a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (including the right to sublicense) to store, transmit, display, adapt, reproduce, modify, translate and distribute your review text (in whole or in part) in any media format or through any media channel (existing or future) without compensation.

Publication timeframe:

After your review has been provided, the review is assessed to ensure compliance with Dustin’s guidelines. This process usually takes between 2-4 days, after which the review is published. Your review remains on Dustin’s websites during the period that the relevant item is visible. Contact Dustin’s customer support if you wish to have your review deleted.

In case of breach of the terms set forth in this product review policy, Dustin reserves the right to remove the review and revoke the right to write future reviews.
