Your orders
If you placed an order before the closure, it will be delivered as planned. You will receive email updates about your order until it is delivered.
Warranties and support
Your right to make a claim and your product warranties will continue to apply as normal for their full validity period. If you need any help, our customer service team is here to support you on [email protected].
Your account
Dustin Home accounts are now closed. You can find your order confirmations and invoices in the emails we sent at the time of purchase.
For business customers, you are welcome to shop with us at Dustin.no.
FAQ
We are very grateful for the trust our customers have shown us over the years, but we have decided to close Dustin Home in order to focus entirely on business customers.
If you placed an order before the closure, it will be processed as usual. Please note that we cannot keep orders open for more than 6 months.
If your order cannot be delivered within that time it will be cancelled, and of course, you will receive a refund.
The best support is provided by contacting the manufacturer directly.
Your warranties remain valid for the entire warranty period. If you experience problems with a product, you are very welcome to contact our support team at [email protected] and we will help you further.
We cannot change the shipping or billing address or add products to an order that has already been placed.
If delivery has not yet started, we can help you remove items or cancel the entire order. Please contact us by email at [email protected] and provide your order number, and we will help you further.
If you have received a product that was damaged during transport, we need to contact Bring with a claim case as soon as possible. External damage must be reported within 24 hours and hidden damage within 7 days.
To help you proceed with the claim, we need the following information:
- Order and parcel number
We need photos of the damage itself, please include photos of:
- Inner and outer packaging; for the outer packaging, we need photos from all sides.
- The damaged product, preferably close-ups of the damage as well as a photo showing the entire item.
- The shipping label, especially if there are multiple parcels in one shipment.
This also applies if the packaging does not appear damaged. In that case, we still need a photo showing that the packaging is undamaged.
